Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Long before I ever owned a company or managed large commercial projects, I was learning the trade firsthand from my father, who owned and operated a construction company throughout my childhood. Growing up around job sites, tools, blueprints, and hardworking craftsmen gave me an appreciation for quality workmanship and taught me that building something right is about much more than materials—it is about integrity, pride, and standing behind your work.

Those early lessons became the foundation for what would turn into more than three decades in the construction industry.

Before dedicating my life fully to construction, I proudly served in the military. My time in service taught me values that continue to guide everything I do today: discipline, accountability, attention to details, and a commitment to seeing every mission through to completion. Those principles have stayed with me throughout my career and have become the backbone of how I operate my business and serve my clients.

After my military service, I began building my career professionally in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where I worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. Having grown up in the industry, construction came naturally, but I quickly learned that success requires more than skill alone. It requires trust, communication, and a relentless commitment to quality. Over the years, I gained experience in every phase of construction, from demolition and framing to finish work, renovations, and complete ground-up builds.

What started as a lifelong passion evolved into a career spanning more than 30 years. Throughout those decades, I have had the opportunity to work on countless projects and collaborate with homeowners, business owners, developers, and property managers. Each project has strengthened my understanding that no two jobs are the same, and every client deserves personalized service and craftsmanship that exceeds expectations.

In 2020, I relocated to Naples, Florida, bringing decades of experience and a strong work ethic to Southwest Florida. I recognized the area's tremendous growth and the increasing need for dependable contractors who value quality, communication, and professionalism. Since making Naples home, I have focused on delivering exceptional construction services throughout Southwest Florida while building lasting relationships with clients who value craftsmanship and honesty.

Today, as the Owner and Operator of Thryve Construction, I continue to bring hands-on experience and a personal approach to every project. I believe construction should be a partnership built on trust. Whether I am overseeing commercial renovation, managing a ground-up build, or helping a homeowner transform a kitchen or bathroom, I remain actively involved throughout the process to ensure every detail meets the highest standards.

Throughout my career, I have built my reputation on reliability, honesty, and delivering quality workmanship. I believe that doing things the right way matters. Cutting corners has never been part of my philosophy. Instead, I focus on building relationships based on trust and creating finished products that clients can be proud of for years to come.
